Mobile phone finder with the whole chain in one column
OXYGEN's mobile phone number finder is one table column that tries up to three providers in turn and stops at the first number it finds. A number costs more than an email, so you choose which rows it runs on.
A phone waterfall is a chain of providers tried in turn until one finds a number. It is a cost problem before it is a data problem: each lane, one provider's step, costs more than the one before it. Run it across a whole list and you can spend a month of credits in an afternoon.
The column handles the order and the stopping. A managed lane, one OXYGEN runs on its own provider account, bills only when it returns a number. Your part is choosing which rows go in, which is where most of the saving is.
Example searches
Ask for it the way you'd say it
Each example is a request in plain words, with what it returns underneath.
Only the accounts worth calling
find mobiles for contacts at accounts we marked tier one and that already replied to an email
A filter on the run keeps the chain off rows nobody will dial.
Numbers for a WhatsApp motion
get mobile numbers for these 80 contacts so I can message them on WhatsApp instead
A found mobile is what makes a connected WhatsApp number useful. That number reserves credits each month, with no charge per send.
Fill the blanks in the CRM
our contact records have no phone filled in, fix the ones attached to open deals
Running on empty cells only, in the table behind your contact records, leaves the numbers you already trust untouched.
Plays
Three motions you can run this week
Each one is a chain of OXYGEN primitives: the same hosted objects your workspace already has, composed.
Only the accounts worth a call
Phone spend lands on the contacts a person will call this week.
- 1Filter to the tier and stage that justify a call, then run the column on those rows only.
- 2Bind the rows to contact records, then promote the numbers so the next campaign does not buy them twice.
oxygen enrich-column runMobile as a messaging channel
Contacts with a mobile number get a WhatsApp step instead of another ignored email.
- 1Switch on Phone verification, then find numbers for the shortlist. Each number it confirms shows whether it is a mobile.
- 2Copy the mobile rows into their own table. Enroll that table in a sequence, a set of timed outreach steps, that includes WhatsApp.
oxygen sequences enrollBackfill the contacts on open deals
Contacts on live deals gain a number, with the lane that found it and its cost recorded.
- 1Add the phone finder column to the table behind your contact records. Each record is a row there, so a run writes onto the record itself.
- 2Select the contacts on open deals with no phone yet, and run the column on them in small batches.

Capabilities
What you get
One chain, not three vendors
Lane order and the stop at the first hit belong to the column. You set up one finder, not three vendor accounts.
A miss on a managed lane costs nothing
When a managed lane finds nothing, its hold on your credits is released and the row moves to the next lane.
Cost read before the run
Preview the chain on your own rows, see the expected cost, and approve a credit ceiling before anything runs.
Line type when you switch on Phone verification
Phone verification adds line type and carrier to each number it can confirm, so you can tell a mobile from a desk line. Each check is billed, and a number it rejects still costs the lane that found it.
Boundaries
What Tables does not own
This is Tables finding one field. A number becomes a trusted fact when you promote it onto Records. A call task belongs to Sequences, and a WhatsApp conversation under way is Messages.
Data sources
Data sources and CRM connections
Blitz APIFirst for contacts with a LinkedIn URL. Blitz API covers US numbers only, and a number it finds ends the chain unless Phone verification rejects it.
- LeadMagic
Runs after Blitz API, or first for contacts you hold only by email. It needs a LinkedIn URL or an email to look a number up.
BetterContactIt asks many providers in one call and costs the most, so it runs last, on rows nobody before it filled. For a contact held as just a name and a company, it is the only lane.
Use managed credits where available, or connect a supported provider key on an eligible paid plan. Your provider bills its calls; OXYGEN adds a per-call platform fee. Signed-in CRM connections such as HubSpot have no per-call fee. Connected sending accounts reserve monthly credits. See pricing and supported integrations.
Limits
Where this stops
- Mobile coverage is rated usable only in the US, on the vendors' own claims, and other regions are not rated yet. Expect many rows to come back empty, and plan so a missing number does not block the campaign.
